Dr. Samantha Nazareth, MD is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology/Hepatology. She gained acceptance at the age of seventeen to the only combined baccalaureate-MD program in the Ivy League at Brown University, and subsequently completed her residency in Internal Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. From there, Dr. Nazareth pursued further training in both Transplant Hepatology and Gastroenterology at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center. She is a noted researcher, writer, and speaker on nutrition, wellness, the microbiome, and healthtech. Her work has been featured on CNN, Huffington Post, US News & World Report, Bustle, POPSUGAR, Shape, and Reader’s Digest, to name a few. She is also a medical advisory board member for Women’s Health magazine. Outside of clinical medicine, Dr. Nazareth serves as Chief Medical Officer of metaMe, a data privacy company, and Chief Education Officer at the Internet Foundation, a non-profit organization that authored the Universal Declaration of Data Rights and the Ethical Data Standards.
