Navigator Program Manager

Caroline Gomez-Tom manages the Wisconsin Navigator Collaborative, which provides outreach, education, and enrollment services for the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) to 23 Wisconsin counties. Caroline plays a key role in providing ACA technical support and guidance to the Milwaukee Enrollment Network, the University of Wisconsin-Extension county-based faculty/agents and program specialists, and other statewide partners. Serving the Wisconsin community in having equitable access to care and resources is her passion and she looks to continue working with and behalf of consumers. Caroline earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin in Madison in 2011 with an emphasis in Social Policy.
