Dr. Ajiboye is an assistant professor of neuro-endovascular surgery at Texas Christian University (TCU) School of Medicine. He is the co-medical director of the neuro-endovascular surgery fellowship program at Texas Stroke Institute. He completed a cerebrovascular fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, and an advanced fellowship in neuro-endovascular surgery at the Texas Stroke Institute.

Dr. Ajiboye is dually trained in the medical and neuroendovascular surgical care of stroke patients. His clinical interests include the utilization of neuro-endovascular surgical techniques for the management of complex brain and spinal cord vascular diseases such as aneurysms, complex vascular tumors, arteriovenous malformations and fistulas, cerebral vasospasm, refractory epistaxis, and acute ischemic stroke. He participates in intracranial and cervical carotid angioplasty and stenting for atherosclerotic stenosis.

Dr. Ajiboye is passionate about eliminating health care disparities and building sustainable healthy communities. He continues to collaborate with major medical organizations and faith-based institutions to develop programs and initiatives to enhance diversity in the medical profession and reduce health disparities.

He has published several peer-reviewed articles, some of which have included the management of carotid aneurysms with pipeline embolization devices. He has written several textbook chapters in the management of subarachnoid hemorrhage and acute ischemic stroke in the neurosurgical intensive care unit. He is a member of several scientific societies such as the Society of Neurointerventional Surgery (SNIS), and he has presented at numerous national conferences.
