Liou Xu, PhD

Vice President

Liou Xu is Vice President and senior principal statistician at NMQF, where she conducts research and analysis related to health and medical care delivery systems. She graduated from the University of Kentucky, with PhD degree in Statistics in 2010. After graduation she moved to Northern Virginia and joined the team in April 2011. She has worked on a variety of projects in health care research with the large scale data resource, providing statistical solutions to measure health status in small geographic areas, evaluate the impact of specific interventions, monitor changes in health outcomes, and identify disparity in prevalence.
